Yet another fame for Hotels in Dubai as Atlantic displays a magnificent firework night as a part of it launch. Grucci's of New York, the firework's organiser, has confirmed that the Atlantis launch party fireworks programme is set to be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records, According to Mr. Philip Butler, who is a family member of Grucci's of New York this process for the world record is lengthy and the application has already been submitted in May and part of the requirement is to document this before and after the firework display. Atlantis spent USD 3 million which is quiet above the amount spent for the fireworks at this recent Beijing Olympics. Organisers claim that it was six times the size of the Beijing Olympics: the fireworks there were in and around 2,000 feet of the Bird's Nest, while in Atlantis it had covered the entire Palm Jumeirah, This whole visual feast and this is big money which might be record too supporting information for the Guinness Book largest firework display. Atlantis competes with major five star hotels in Dubai who currently are facing a though time to see through the global economic turn down.
This firework programme included firing positions from 226 floating pontoons spread across 46 kilometres of water on the Palm fronds, 40 locations along the 5.5-kilometre monorail on the Palm's trunk and positions on 400 balconies on the south facade and rooftop surfaces of this new Dubai Hotel.
