Ritz-Carlton Group to open more Hotels in ME including Dubai Hotel

The Ritz-Carlton group announced its plans to open a further array of 10 hotels in the Middle East by 2012. The group currently has five regional hotels and further openings are planned in other ME regions like Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman and other parts of the UAE, including a mid-2009 launch in Dubai's financial district.
The Ritz-Carlton's first Dubai Hotel, opened on 29 September 1998 and is located on the exclusive Jumeirah Beach which is only twenty minutes from the city centre. Other nearby attractions includes Emirates Golf Course which is just five minutes away from the hotel. While, city's traditional souqs and tax-free shopping malls are not too far, offering the guest a few frequent shopping visits.
