Grand View Hotel Apartments opens in Abu Dhabi

Garden View Hotel Apartments was formally opened yesterday in Abu Dhabi by Shaikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, chairman of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA). Located on Khalifa Street, the property is owned by the Al Fahim Group and built at a cost of Dh85 million. Grand View offers 42 units, equally split between 21 three and 21 four bedroom suites targeting luxury customers.
A three bedroom suite for a night will cost AED 3,500 plus 10% service charge and a tourism fee of 6% on the basic tariff plan. To rent a four bedroom suite in Grand View Hotel Apartments, the customer has to pay an extra of AED 1000 plus service charge and tourism fee.
The Grand View has facilities like a gymnasium, a swimming pool and an underground parking space.
