New Hotels by Aqaar and Accor

French Hotel Group Accor has signed up with Ajman based property development and real estate company Aqaar to manage a business hotel under the company's Novotel brand. This project comes as phase II of Aqaar's Ajman 1 development which includes residential, commercial and hospitality complexes. Ajman 1 is scheduled for completion in 2011.
The four star hotel - Novotel will have 200 rooms and 70 serviced apartments, a variety of facilities like restaurants, a wellness retreat, a conference centre and a swimming pool. Novotel will be a part of Ajman's 2.7 billion Dirham real estate project. It is conveniently located 20km from the Dubai International Airport and just few minutes from neighbouring Emirate, Sharjah. Its importance is emphasised with its proximity to the Ajman city centre, Ajman free zone and walk able distance the Ajman beach.
