Business Budget Hotel by Rotana

Rotana, one of the front runners in hotel chains of Middle East and North Africa has announced the construction of the first budget business hotels in Dubai World Central. The project is scheduled to start early next year with an estimate of 500 million dirhams and will operate the 500-room hotel under Rotana's budget business traveller brand 'Centro' and the completion is scheduled for January 2011.The location is selected strategically with Al Maktoum International Airport or so called Jebel Ali Airport just two kilometres away another spot light of this project is that it is located in the residential section of Dubai World Central.
The built-up area of this budget hotel will be 400,000 sq ft and features like:
o standard rooms
o suites
o restaurants
o health club
o business centre
o swimming pool
o parking spaces
This project launched by Rotana has pioneered the trend of business budget hotels in the region. Twenty Four properties throughout the Middle East including luxury hotels in Dubai, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Fujairah, Kuwait, Sudan and Sharm El Sheikh are currently managed by Rotana.
Demand for budget hotels in prime locations has been steadily rising because corporate world has already undertaken cost cutting measures. As a result of this phenomenon, Travel and Hospitality industry all over the world is riding though time. The trend can soon creep in here too so emphasis on low cost stays are increasing daily and hence this project can be seen as a futuristic step.
