Brilliance of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's 2,112 passenger cruise liner will be positioned to Dubai in 2010. The six-year-old Brilliance, which currently sails year-round in Europe, will cruise through the Gulf waters between January and April 2010, sailing seven-night cruises. Royal Caribbean announced that the itinerary of the ship will be made public shortly.
