Driving seat management of Rixos Hotels Group is on full throttle for the expected launch of the Ottoman Palace in November. This project is said to showcase the biggest Turkish spa and supported by Zabeel Properties. The five star hotel and villa project boasts 410 rooms plus family, business, executive and club suites, two Royal Suites and one Imperial Suite.
There will be an extra 38 villas - each one with a personal swimming pool and garden. Rixos is an industry leader in high quality Turkish hospitality. The splendour and artistry of the Ottoman Palace is expected to be awe inspiring, taking guests back in time to experience the pomp, grandeur and exquisite culture of the ancient mighty Ottomans. Housed in a 97,000 sq m plot that includes 50,000 sq m of landscaping and associated amenities, the site is fronted by sea on two sides. The Ottoman Palace is being built according to the green building rating system- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Ottoman's guests will be able to pick from an assortment of connoisseur restaurants offering a range of dining from traditional Anatolian to modern day fusion and French cuisine. The resort integrates an entertainment venue - the Mehteran, for concerts and events, and will have its own retail mall.
The Hammam, signature treatment of the Group, will be endowed with a massive spa contributing a range of authentic olden Turkish treatments blended with contemporary practices. Facilities of the spa is characterised by steam baths, aromatherapy facilities, snow rooms, hydro massage areas, floating tanks and specialised saunas covering an area of 8500 sq m. Rixos is hoping to replicate the hit enjoyed by its other properties. The Middle East market is expected to greet the essence of Turkey offered by the Ottoman Palace unlike other hotels in Dubai.
